Steel Barrier/ Rock Holder Barrier
Steel barrier systems are used in slope areas where rock blocks are dense or large volume. It is especially preferred to provide rock safety around highways, railways and dams.
Steel barriers are formed by anchoring high-strength steel profile posts to the rock block with an inclination. Then, steel net and steel wire, which may vary according to the nature of the work, are mounted on these profile posts. The most important feature of these systems is the presence of specially produced, high-strength, steel energy absorbers at the starting and ending points of the line. These dampers instantly slows down the rock block hitting the system and prevent it from going out of the barrier.
Mira creates safe areas by making barriers in front of rock blocks that are at risk of falling.
