In order to maintain the efficiency and functionality of the turbines in Wind Power Plants, Mira professionally applies the retrofit and renewal plans determined by the technical department of the manufacturer in wind turbines.

In this context; We provide reinforcement and renewal of mechanical or electrical main/intermediate elements in all parts of the wind turbine, including the Tower, Nacelle, Hub and Blades.

Periodic Maintenance / Unforeseen Maintenance

Mira provides the whole service that must be applied in order for the wind turbines to continue their function. We apply periodic controls or unpredictable maintenance, starting from the test phase and continuing with the prescribed time intervals, with the utmost care and capacity.

We ensure that the maintenance and inspection procedure, designed according to the turbine's characteristics, is implemented in accordance with the relevant technical department and that other problems identified outside the procedure are solved.

Blade Internal - External Control and Repair

Mira performs fast and precise blade inspection using rope access methods. We can report with its own standard audit report or customer format. Mira aims to minimize turbine production level by using methods that accelerate access.

Warranty Services

Mira assists its clients in clarifying warranty responsibilities with comprehensive audits and reports. Our comprehensive, accepted procedures and documentation allow the turbine owner and manufacturer to properly assess the damage and determine the cause of the damage. MIRA repairs the blades quickly and with high quality with rope access methods. Mira has the necessary tools, equipment, experienced technicians to repair blades.

Mira provides extensive NDT service for blade manufacturers using thermography to detect fabrication defects in blades.

Our technicians have the experience to repair both epoxy and polyester based blades.

We use the most ecological materials available for services such as cleaning hydraulic and gearbox oil and smoke residues, and epoxy tower paint.
