First Aid Training (Approved by Ministry of Health)

Mira, is Ministry of Health Approved First Aid Training Center.

First Aid, in case of a sudden illness or injury, is the health care practices performed at the scene without seeking medical equipment, in order to prevent the situation from worsening until medical assistance is provided.

UNDER THE FIRST AID REGULATION ARTICLE 19; (1) Within the scope of occupational health and safety, it is mandatory for workplaces to have a First Aider;
a) In less hazardous workplaces, 1 first aider for every 20 employees,
b) In dangerous workplaces, 1 first aider for every 15 employees,
c) In very dangerous workplaces, 1 first aider for every 10 employees.

Target Group Conscious first aid in emergencies saves lives. We recommend everyone to take this training.

Training Goals It is the training aimed to teach first aid knowledge and skills to the society in order to increase basic health knowledge, to have first aid in all public and private institutions/organizations according to the number of personnel, and to reduce the risk of death and disability due to accidents.

Training Content -General first aid information - Basic life support (adult, child and infant) - First aid for airway obstruction - First aid for unconsciousness - Bleeding -First aid for shock and chest pain -First aid for choking - First aid for fractures, dislocations, sprains - Emergency handling techniques - First aid for insect stings and animal bites - First aid in poisoning - First aid for burns, frostbite and heat strokes - First aid for foreign bodies in eyes, ears, noses - AED (Automatic external defibrillator) application
Training Method Theoric + Practical Training
Evaluation At the end of the training, a written and applied exam is held at the date and place to be determined by the Ministry of Health Provincial Health Directorate.
Validity Period 3 years
Certification First aid certificate approved by the Ministry of Health is issued.
Extras Lunches, drinks such as tea and coffee during class breaks and snacks are our self-service treats.
